The location was vey clean and the staff looked after me very well.
very happy with the hospital
The hospital is very clean and tidy.
The nurses were very helpful.
Walsall Manor children's ward needed to move very desperately. The new ward is, I must say, excellent although we were a bit disappointed and shocked at the state of the old ward. We think the staff probably had a tough time coping in there and the move was obviously long over due. The state of cleanliness in the old wing left a lot to be desired, we think - although the new wing shows signs of great improvement. Everyone must work together to keep it that way! Hygiene is so important today.
The new hospital is very nice and looks very clean. Its still a little awkward to navigate around and still needs more parking.
I find the parking is very expensive and so parked elsewhere after the first time , i am disabled and it cost me £5 to park, i had to walk further as i could not afford £5 each time we needed to attend an appointment being on low income. You used to be able to park for free if you were disabled but not anymore and i find this unfair as i cannot walk very fast so have to attend the appointment in plenty of time to be able to walk slow enough but to get to the appointment on time ,i think the parking fee's need re- assessing as the prices are too high for the hours spent there.
I think it was very good how you get a reminder call before your appointment i think this is a very good way off keeping the appointments. The staff were very helpful and the waiting time was about 5- 10 mins which i thought was very good, i find the Manor has improved a lot since it has been fully re built i hope they can keep up the good work.
the location was fine but parking was expensive.
I took my 7 year old daughter for blood tests at the Manor Hospital and she was looked after by 2 nurses with great care. My daughter who is afraid of needles was put at ease and everythin was smooth. The friendly staff were very good at handling anxious children.
During the last seven years we have had many visits to the hospital. Our last experience was the most efficient and organised, which helps enormously particularly when children are being seen regularly.
